About the property

Luxury one bedroom apartment which sleeps 1-4 persons, with balcony, lounge with double sofa bed, fitted kitchen amd dining area.

Kitchen is fully fitted with oven hob, fridge freezer toaster, kettle and all utensils.

Fully furnished and equipped for a self-catering stay, we have a TV/DVD player, radio/CD player, safety deposit box for your use.

The bedroom has two single beds. All bedding and towels provided and changed weekly.

The grounds have a communal swimming pool and children's pool, paddle-tennis court and relaxing gardens. There are sun loungers provided on the complex. There is free parking outside the complex.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 3 people sharing.

We take a refundable £100 security deposit for damages. For bookings in euros the cost would be 250 euro per week.

About Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura

Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.

The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.

Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.

Owner's Tips...

Caleta town which is a 2 minute walkaway, has a variety of local and international restaurants, try Bahia de Cata for delicious Caribbean food, or the local tapas bar for genuine Spanish fare.

The beach is only 5 minutes on foot and offers watersports and boat trips whale watching.

We recommend you hire a car for a few days to see the island, but if you prefer there is a bus stop 300 yds away from which you can travel to the capital (shopping complex Las Rotundas is well worth a visit) or go down to the beautiful remote beaches of the south.
