About the property

Our house is situated in the stunning development of Green Four on the prestigious Nuevo Portil Golf Resort. The house is accessed via private gates and has allocated underground secure parking. The community is one of the smallest within Nuevo Portil with just 41 houses.

The house is furnished to a high standard throughout including a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite work surfaces, oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The spacious and comfortable lounge/dining room opens onto a secure private terrace with large dining table. In the lounge you will find a flat screen TV, home cinema system with surround sound, DVD and CD player. There is also a sofa bed which will sleep an additional 2 people. We provide a selection of books/CD's and games as well as toys books and puzzles for children. Also for babies we have available the use of 2 cots, high chairs and stair gates. There is also a downstairs wc.

On the first floor the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and private terrace with views of the pool and golf course. There is also a further twin bedded room and shower room on this floor. On the 2nd floor there is a spacious room with 2 single beds and a private terrace, again with pool and golf views. We have ceiling fans and free standing fans plus electric radiators throughout for your added comfort. Price includes all linen and towels throughout your stay.

The rear terraces have beautiful views across the swimming pool, private gardens and golf course making an ideal spot for al fresco dining by night.

The pool is located at the centre of the community with a lifeguard in attendance. There is also a paddle tennis court for the use of guests. This location is suitable for families, golfers or those seeking a relaxing break in the sun.

We live here and are able to offer invaluable local knowledge to ensure that you make the most of your well earned holiday here in this relatively undiscovered part of 'real' Spain.

To enjoy this area of Huelva Province to it's full potential car hire is recommended.

A grocery pack is included in your price along with an English speaking point of contact during your stay.

Cots, high chairs, buggies and stair gates are available for your use. We also have for our guests a selection of books, DVDs,CDs, toys,games and childrens puzzles for your enjoyment.

A deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a £200 refundable security deposit.

Owner's Tips...

Nuevo Portil is the perfect destination for a summer family holiday as well as for keen golfers, walkers, cyclists or those just wanting a relaxing break in the sun. Our house is situated approximately 75 minutes from both Seville and Faro (Portugal) international airports. There are miles of unspoilt coastline with many stunning sandy beaches to choose from.

The Golf Resort has 2 luxury hotels, one with a spa that can be utilised by non residents, this can be great for the tired mum needing a well deserved break! (Check facilities and opening times prior to booking to avoid disapointment.) Both the resort hotels and the golf club house are within walking distance of our house.

Huelva is a growing golfing destination, even the most serious of golfers will appreciate the reasonable green fees and the relatively un-crowded courses here compared with the Costa del Sol and The Portuguese Algarve for example. There are at least 4 courses within a 15 minute drive and many others within 45 minutes.

Nuevo Portil has shops, bars and restaurants close to the beach and others at the fishing village of El Rompido, 5 minutes by car and the larger town of Cartaya just 10-15 minutes away has 2 large supermarkets namely Carrefour and Mercadona.

Kids will love the water park between El Rompido and Cartaya and also the outside Go Karting track here suits all ages!

Visit the historic city of Seville whilst you are here, also El Rocio, world famous for it's pilgrimage or discover the Rio Tinto mines!
