About the property

A unique opportunity for families to holiday together in this lovely duplex apartment situated walking distance to the facilities of La Finca Golf Course.

Ground and first floor, overlooking the pools.

The lower level and upper level are totally self contained and therefore great for 2 families wishing to have a little extra privacy. There is a huge roof terrace.

Each floor has a TV, CD player, DVD player and satellite TV for your entertainment. Dining seating for 6. Ceiling fans in all rooms.

Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, iron, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Sofabed suitable for a children only. Sleeps maximum of 6. Linen, towels and hairdryer provided.

Balcony, terrace, shared outdoor swimming pool, BBQ, shared tennis court onsite. Parking space.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 10 people sharing.

About Algorfa, Costa Blanca

Situated some 30 minutes from Alicante airport, Algorfa is a top destination for golf lovers, with many new courses only a short drive away. There are numerous beaches close by, many of which have the blue-flag rating, La Mata and Guardamar are particular favourites. Algorfa enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate and the region boasts many citrus groves, including orange and lemon as well as olive trees.

Owner's Tips...

La Finca Golf Resort, surrounded by orange groves, is located close to the towns of Algorfa (3/4 minutes drive), Quesada (10 minutes drive) and Orihuela. The pretty little town of Algorfa, is very Spanish and quaint, hosting typical Spanish restaurants and tapas bar. The blue flag beach at Guadamar is just 15 minutes drive.

Supermarket, bars and restaurant - 10 minutes walk (at entrance to La Finca Golf).

The village of Algorfa is 10/15 walk and you can find approx 12 restaurants and bars here.

Murcia Airport and Alicante Airport = 35 minutes. There are also two water parks within 15 minutes drive, offering entertainment and fun for all the family. La Finca Golf Resort hosts many onsite facilities, including communal pools, golf club house and restaurant and bars, driving range.

The apartments are in situ on a small complex with communal pool and tennis courts, and opposite the La Finca Golf Course, a 52 hole golfing oasis in the heart of the Spanish countryside and is the newest and arguably the best on the Costa Blanca (handicap certificate required). Surrounded by orange groves, it’s only a 30 minute drive from either Alicante or Murcia airports, and 10/15 minutes from the excellent Blue Flag beach at Guardamar, and the lively town of Torrevieja, with its water park, waterfront cafes, market and marina, for shopping.
