About the property
Casa De La Paz is a quality compact villa. It is furnished in a high quality Spanish style complete with Ceaser Manrique artwork. There is off road parking on the gated drive, beside the traditional canarian garden.
The villa is semi-detached and has a lounge with patio doors to the poolside, bathroom and large master bedroom with huge bed and further a twin bedded room. It is suitable for four people and a baby/small child in a cot or Zbed.
There is both an indoor dining room and an outdoor dining area with a table and four chairs and a patio with four sun loungers.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, including microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
There are twin settess, a TV with DVD player with films for your holiday enjoyment! There is a security safe in the villa for your holiday valuables.
There is an iron and ironing board at the villa so you can be looking your holiday best.
Parque del Rey is just a 15 - 20 minute walk to the harbour, the beach and a 5 minute walk further to Playa Blanca's main shopping street.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Take the shortcut along side the Hotel Corbetta to be at the ferry port in the centre of Playa Blanca within 15 mins
