About the property

Villa Jessica is close to the main village of Playa Blanca. It is a semi detached bungalow attached to Villa Miramar also on this website in the residential area of Costa Papagayo.

The villa has its own electrically heated private pool which is 8 x 4 m and has roman end with gradual steps. The garden is planted with tropical flowers and palm trees and offers good privacy.

Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious lounge/diner, separate fully fitted kitchen, solana, large patio with BBQ, where you can make the most of the lovely views of the mountains.

The large double bedroom has an en-suite bedroom and windows to the pool area. The first of the twin bedrooms has two single beds and the second has one also has twin bedroom. These two bedroom share a family shower room which also houses the washing machine.

The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge freezer for stocking up on holiday goodies, along with a cooker, toaster and microwave of course.

The large lounge has leather sofa and a television with dvd. There is a dining table with seating for 6 and patio doors to the pool area.

The garden is fully walled, nicely matured, private and safe for children. There is a private gated drive and parking for two cars. There are shutters on all of the windows and patio doors, you could just close these over on really warm nights! A security safe has also been fitted for your holiday passports etc. The close that Villa Jessica sits in is regarded a very good and quiet area.

To get to the Dorada Beach which has a supermarket, shops, several bars and restaurants, its just a 15-20 minute walk. The village, and main resort is a further 5-10 minutes.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
