About the property

Villa Los Cycas is clean, modern, fresh and funky. It is a no nonsense family holiday villa but is suitable for couples that don't want to feel lost rattling around a big villa. Its compact and its cute. Guests come back to Los Cycas year after year.

The villa has an electrically heated private pool (6 x 3) in the tropical front garden. There is an outdoor terrace area with a table and four chairs, a patio with two sun loungers.

The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard. It is suitable for four people and a baby in a cot which we can provide for a small cost.

The villa is semi-detached and has a lounge with twin leather settees, a fully fitted kitchen, family bathroom and large master bedroom with double bed. There is also a twin bedroom with two single beds. There is off road parking on the gated driveway. There is also have a security safe so that you can lock all of your valuables away to give you peace of mind during your stay. There is a TV, a DVD player with films and plenty of books/games for your holiday enjoyment!

There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and of course a washing machine.

Parque del Rey is just a 20 minute walk to the harbour, 15 minutes to the beach and a 5 minute walk further to Playa Blancas main shopping street.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Don´t fancy walking into the resort for your dinner? Have a BBQ, grab a glass of wine, put the pool light on and enjoy chilling out under the stairs on the terrace.
