About the property

Luxury family sized villa in Playa Blanca with an electrically heated pool, spa and beautifully landscaped garden situated on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre.

The amazingly luxurious 4 seater jacuzzi spa has rainbow lights and a waterfall! The pool and spa area are completely private due to the high volcanic wall that surrounds the area.

The villa itself is luxuriously furnished. It has a huge spacious living area with comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs, an American galley-style, well equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Tha master bedroom has a large double bed and en suite bathroom. There is also another double bedroom which shares the family bathroom with the two twin rooms.

The villa is fully equipped with plenty of high quality cutlery, linen, towels and maid cleaning service twice weekly.

The highlight of the villa is the extensive garden which encompasses a 8m x 4m pool, and after June 2006 - a rich variety of trees, shrubs and herbaceous planters, a generous BBQ area, an outside dining area that seats 8, a sun terrace and a romantic seating area - an ideal place for gazing into the star filled sky.

Entertainment wise there is a widescreen television, DVD player with films, a CD player with music provided. There are also games for family fun.

To reach Playa Blanca centre on foot would take around 25 minutes and would be less than 2 minutes in the car.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
