About the property

This gorgeous minimalist villa sleeps 4 and is not suitable for babies or toddlers. It has private off road parking in a gated driveway. The bright lounge and kitchen are open plan and lead to a south facing terrace, garden and private pool enjoying all day sunshine.

The designer kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Iron and ironing board are also provided. The beautiful bathroom has a shower over the bath, a vanity unit which houses a generous sink. A hairdryer is provided for guests' use. There is a TV with satellite; English TV & radio channels; DVD player and a selection of DVDs games, books and a portable hi fi.

The Al fresco dining area is equipped with patio furniture and BBQ. There are sun loungers, reclining chairs and ample dining chairs. The pool is 6 x 4m with graduated steps and has a cover to retain the heat from the day's sunshine.

The villa is fully equipped with linen, tea towels, bath and hand towels for domestic use. These are freshly laundered once each week. Poolside and beach towels are not provided. The villa has been furnished to a high standard with your every need catered for so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. If you are travelling with friends and want to holiday together but not necessarily stay together, then we have access to neighbouring villas so you can be next door or within walking distance of each other. About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

Breakfast at the Marina Rubicon followed by a stroll through the El Paseo area to visit the Sammer art gallery, La Ermita, exclusive shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars including the famous Cafe del Mar. Lingering over a coffee, pick out your favourite yacht before heading to the beach or poolside.

Paella and beer on a Sunday the best take-away paella is made by the Chef in the Asadero on Calle del Correillo. Visit him to order your paella - just let him know how many it's for and he'll take care of the rest.
Buy some beer, invite friends and enjoy a fabulous evening.
