About the property

Villa Toishny is a lovely villa in a fabulous near central location in Playa Blanca and has an electrically heated private pool in the tropical back garden. The pool area offers a good degree of privacy. There is off road parking on the gated drive.

The living room has a high, pitched ceiling, comfortable seating, a selection of books and DVDs. There are double patio doors to the pool side where a covered pergola provides shade

The kitchen is an open-plan, with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker and hob.

This villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both have fans and mosquito nets at the windows. The master bedroom has a double bed and a television. The twin bedroom has twin beds. There is a good quality bathroom with shower over bath. For a 5th person there is a sofa bed in the indoor dining room.

There is an outside dining area with table and chairs for enjoying those balmy summer evenings and of course another essential for outside dining - a barbecue and cooking utensils.

There is an iron, ironing board and of course a washing machine. Walls around the pool have been highered for privacy. You can let it all hang out here!

Parque del Rey is just a 15-20 minute walk to the harbour, the beach and a 5 minute walk further to Playa Blancas main shopping street.

We have more one bed, two bed and three bed villas available to let on Parque Del Rey so if you are travelling with others there will be similar great villas nearby for them too!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
