About the property

Villa Isabella is a lovely semi detached one bed villa with private electrically heated 6 x 3 metre pool in the tropical front garden. Because the pool is in the front garden this villa is not suitable for those wanting complete privacy.

The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard and is very well maintained. It is suitable for up to four people plus a baby/small child in a cot or Zbed (provided free of charge) in the master bedroom which is very spacious. The second bedroom has twin beds and is suitable for two adults or two children. Toys and games can be provided with the owners compliments, just tell us the age of your children so we can make sure we put suitable toys in for them.

The villa is semi-detached and has a lounge with fully fitted kitchen, including microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, sandwich maker, oven and hob. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath.

There is a large comfy corner settee, TV which has an English satellite system and DVD player with films. There are over 30 books provided which should save you some packing space.

There is an iron, ironing board, and a washing machine with clothes airer. There is a hairdryer and this villa is alarmed for your peace of mind.

Parque del Rey is just a 15 - 20 minute walk to the harbour, the beach and a 5 minute walk further to Playa Blancas main shopping street. A pushchair is provided.

We have more one bed, two bed and three bed villas available to let on Parque Del Rey so if you are travelling with others there will be similar great villas nearby for them too!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
