About the property

This holiday home has had many improvements made and no expense has been spared on the furnishings.

There is a private gated drive with room for one car. The garden has been planted with tropical plants and trees that will eventually grow to give privacy at the side of the patio.

The front door leads you into the the lounge area with comfortable settees, flat screen TV with DVD and UK satellite system. Through the lounge you reach the patio doors which open to the pool side.

The spiral staircase leads up to three bedrooms. One double bedroom which is ensuite with patio doors to the upper terrace where there are wonderful sea views and steps down to the pool side! There is a family bathroom upstairs along with two twin bedrooms, all bedrooms have shuttered windows.

The outdoor dining area is tucked under the shade but the table is light enough to be moved into the sun light if you are keen for a tan whilst dining al-fresco!

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave, the area is open plan with breakfast bar and a small cosy area with bucket seats for you to sit in whilst you watch the coffee maker do the hard work for you! This relaxing area leads into the indoor dining room with table and six chairs and patio doors to the poolside. A utility room houses the washing machine iron and ironing board.

This villa aims to keep its standards and facilities in immaculate condition and therefore doesn’t allow smoking inside or out.

The villa is located in between Marina Rubicon and Los Colorados. The best of both worlds. A taxi rank and international supermarket are within a 5 minute stroll from the villa so you should only hire a car if you don´t want to walk anywhere.

The villa is new to the rental market in December 2007. The pool is electrically heated in the winter months.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
