Villa Solar is a modern, spacious, luxury detached villa set in large gardens with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 open-plan living areas (each with its own kitchen) and private swimming pool. The villa is very high quality and immaculately presented.
The villa is ideal for rental either for a family wanting lots of space or for two families wanting to holiday together with separate living areas.
The upper floor of the villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge diner and kitchen and is accessed by steps to a covered dining terrace outside the kitchen. There is air conditioning in the upper floor lounge and both bedrooms.
The lower floor of the villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge diner and kitchen and has its own ground floor entrance. We are offering this villa only on an exclusive use basis but with the option of either the 2 bedroomed or 3 bedroomed rental option in April, May, June, September and October. Please note, if you take one of these rental options, we will not rent the other accommodation and you will have the property exclusively.
Villa Solar is located on a small country development, Rio Park, at Mutxamel which is a 10 minute drive away from the nearest sandy beaches at El Campello or San Juan. The property is set in large gated and walled gardens along a quiet road.
The upper floor bedrooms sleeps 4 persons, bedroom 1 with double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe.
The lower floor sleeps 5/6 persons, bedroom 3 with double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 4 with twin beds, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 5 with single bed, bedside table, fitted wardrobe, double doors to pool terrace. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate a 6th person.

The upper floor has a modern fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine. Archway through to lounge/dining room. The lower floor has a modern fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine.
The upper floor lounge/dining room with seating for 4, dining table and chairs for 4, satellite TV with UK/Sky channels. Lower Floor: Lounge/dining room with seating for 6, dining table and chairs for 6, Satellite TV with UK/Sky channels.
Villa Solar's pool is 8 x 4 metres with roman steps with a surrounding terrace with sunloungers, parasols. The elevated covered dining terrace overlooks the pool and gardens and is accessed by steps to the front of the upper floor. Dining table and chairs for 7, Gas BBQ.
A welcome pack of water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toilet tissue & soap is included.

The above rental rates are for the entire villa on an exclusive basis (5 bedrooms, sleeps 10).
The villa is also available to rent as a lower floor option (3 bedrooms, Sleeps 5/6) or an upper floor option (2 bedrooms, Sleeps 4) (not July and August). If you take this option, you have the villa exclusively and we do NOT rent the other floor.

Any arrival/departure day is available subject to fitting in with other bookings.
Rental includes a full clean before your arrival and linen/towels. For bookings of 2 weeks, we provide a linen and towel change after 1 week.
Refundable security damages deposit of £150 is payable in addition to the rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of departure once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.
The villa's housekeeper will meet you on arrival and show you around the property, advise about the local area, etc. She lives nearby so is on hand to support if required.
25% of rental as deposit will secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.
We can accept payment by credit card.
Traditionally, the economy of El Campello was centred on fishing and dry crops. Today the town's main source of income is derived from tourism. The town also has a Casa de Cultura (Municipal Arts Centre) and a multi-sports Centre with a covered hall. The Casa de Cultura has an auditorium and an open-air amphitheatre.
El Campello has a 23km coastline with beaches ranging from the Muchavista Playa which borders on the much visited San Juan Playa to rocky coves such as the Cova del Llop Marí and the cove of Morro Blanc. There is a nudist beach in the rocky Lloma de Reixes cove.
A two-piece sculpture by the Alicante artist Arcadio Blasco symbolizes fishermen. One part of the sculpture is located on the road to Alicante whilst the other piece symbolizes a lighthouse. A laser links the two parts of the sculpture, producing a beautiful night time sight.
The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are at Mutxamel for village amenities (5 minutes drive) or at El Campello (10 minutes drive). El Campello is a lovely resort with a superb choice of shops, bars, restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. The villa´s housekeeper can arrange a taxi service on your behalf for nights out. El Campello has a wide variety of restaurants and bars many of which are located on the attractive beachside promenade.
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
