About Salonica Apartment
This delightful third floor apartment is in a small, exclusive complex, Mont Salonica, no more than a five minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach, the Arenal.
It has an extremely large and totally private sun terrace occupying the entire roof-top level, and wonderful panoramic views over the valley and low-lying hills, and towards Javea’s impressive Mount Montgo.
In the apartment itself the spacious lounge and dining areas are elegantly furnished. TV with English channels including BBC, ITV, sports, films etc. CD player. 3 sets double doors. Patio with table/chairs. Air conditioning. There is a large and conveniently-placed American kitchen furnished with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same level, two of the bedrooms having the same superb views as the living room and sun terrace. Master bedroom has king-size bed, 3 twin-bedded rooms, 1 with terrace. Fan in each room. Shower room en-suite with master bedroom (shower, basin bidet, wc). Second full family bathroom with bath with shower, basin, bidet and wc.
Lift to third floor. Front door & entrance hall. Entry phone. Stairs to roof terrace with BBQ, sink, recliners, dining table/chairs. Electronic vehicle access/exit gates, underground parking. Secure pedestrian gate. Air conditioning/warm-air in lounge.

About Javea, Costa Blanca
Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.
The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
Owner's Tips
About one minute’s walk from the apartments is the rocky sea frontage - excellent for snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing - and at the nearby Arenal family beach there is safe bathing, beach and water sports, and a wide promenade with a wonderful array of bars, restaurants and shops. A five-minute stroll will take you to the nearest large supermarket.
The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are about 2 km away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

The Javea area has no high-rise developments, and the medieval town, with its beautiful Arenal beach and pretty old port area, is an untypical, up-market Spanish tourist resort, famed for its friendly welcome and its near perfect climate, with usually 300 full days of sunshine a year.
