About the property

The Fairway House is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline (13th green) Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private heated pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop. The house sleeps up to 8 persons and features the following.

Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. Second bedroom with 2 single beds and third bedroom also with 2 single beds. Second bathroom. All linen and towels are provided not beach or pool towels.

Lounge area with seating for 8 including one double sofa bed. Dining with seating for 8. Flat screen TV and DVD player. British Sky satellite TV. Open fireplace.

The kitchen is fitted out with a microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge freezer with water dispenser and icemaker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Utility room includes washing / dryer machine, and iron with ironing board.

Private pool with outdoor shower and 6 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ.

The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

The prices include the heated pool Nov - March. Outside these months it is £100 additional per week..

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit will also be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

Owner's Tips...

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all.

San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive.
Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive.
Murcia City is 15 min drive.
Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access with courtesy buses running between them all.
