About the property
You'll find all the comforts of home in this stunning new apartment. Embrace outdoor living on the spacious 23sq metre terrace with breathtaking views of the coast and the Siera Cabrera mountains.
Inside is a modern, tastefully decorated space. The lovely master suite has direct access to the terrace and a luxurious en-suite shower room. Both the pretty second bedroom and master suite can be set up as doubles or twins and both have plenty of built-in storage. There's also a second family bathroom, with bath, shower and bidet.
The stylish kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, with an oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and a wide selection of crockery, pots, pans and utensils for the keen cook.
The kitchen opens on to a spacious open-plan living area, comfortably furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs, TV (with Sky channels), DVD player and music system. Guests are welcome to use our collection of DVDs, books, CDs and board games.
French doors lead straight from the living room onto the gorgeous terrace, where you'll find a table and chairs - protected from the sun by a retractable awning - sunloungers and a selection of Mediterranean plants.
The apartment also had a dedicated garage where you'll find a selection of beach games and boogie boards, which you're welcome to use. On request, golfers may like to borrow our golf clubs (we have one ladies and one mens set) to save transporting their own.
The whole apartment has air conditioning and heating. Linen and towels are included in the price. Welcome packs, cots and high chairs can be supplied on request for an additional cost.

Long weekends available on request. These are usually charged at 2/3 of the weekly rental price. Long winter lets are also available, price on application.
A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance being payable one month before departure.
About Mojácar, Costa Almeria
Mojácar is divided into two areas; firstly the picturesque hilltop town of Mojácar Pueblo, with it's unique Moorish feel, narrow streets and whitewashed properties. Then there is Mojácar Playa - a modern tourist, resort running along the coast.
Mojácar Playa has become a popular holiday destination over the past few years and it is well serviced for visitors. The beaches stretch for miles, they are safe and clean and all major watersports are available to try out. Away from the water, Mojácar Playa has a great selection of restaurants. If you've hired a car, Mini Hollywood and the Waterpark are only a short distance away.
Mojacar holiday accommodation is readily available to suit all budgets and party sizes. Holiday rentals in Mojacar have increased over the years as more and more visitors are looking for the ideal Mojacar rental. Most Mojacar properties are available all year round and some offer long lets during winter months.
Owner's Tips...
Our apartment is just a short walk from miles of uncrowded beach and Mojacar Playa's best bars and restaurants. There's a supermarket just around the corner and a thriving boutique shopping centre and the stunning Moorish hillside village of Mojacar are just a short bus ride or drive away.
Golfers can choose from four courses within a half-hour drive. Playa Macenas, built by the people behind La Manga, opens in 2008 and is just minutes away.
A variety of water sports is available on the beach. Other local activities include horse riding, quad biking, walking and much more. There's truly something for everyone in this beautiful unspoiled corner of Spain.
