About the property

The two storey apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one being en-suite), lounge/diner, kitchen and 2 balconies.

The apartment can sleep up to seven people including use of sofa bed in lounge, but sleeps five very comfortably. Bedroom 1 is situated on the top floor and is a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and large balcony/sun terrace. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with double doors out onto the lower balcony. Bedroom 3 is a single room. The main bathroom is located between bedrooms 2 and 3, and is equipped with a bath and a shower.

The lounge/diner has a corner sofa which pulls out to a double sofa bed, a dining table and four chairs, English Sky TV and DVD. There are patio doors from the lounge onto the lower balcony which also has a table and four chairs.

The kitchen is very well fitted and comes equipped with everything you should need for your holiday including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc.

The apartment also has a portable CD player, iron and ironing board and a safe. We will also supply bed linen and towels for your convenience.

Prices quoted are for the apartment for one weeks rental (not per person). This price includes gas, electricity, water, bedlinen, towels and weekly cleaning.

We will require a £150 security deposit to confirm your booking. We have to hold this fee to cover any unacceptable cleaning costs, damage to property or cancellation of your booking. This deposit will be refunded after the apartment has been vacated and cleaned.

Payment for your holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to departure. Should your booking be within 8 weeks of your departure date, payment for your holiday and also the security deposit will be due immediately in order to secure your booking. Preferred payment is via bank transfer or cheque.

About Chiclana, Costa de la Luz

Chiclana has the perfect climate, the heat of summer is offset by cooling Atlantic breezes and the winters are generally warm and sunny. With over 3,400 hours of sunshine a year, its coastline and facilities make it a top quality location for year round sports and leisure activities. Indeed the Spanish themselves favour this holiday destination.

The Atlantic coast here, has sea warmed by the Gulf Stream, so it is pleasant to swim in all year round. Being tidal, the beaches are fresh & clean, and La Barrosa holds the prestigious Blue Flag award.

Owner's Tips...

The apartment is located in La Barrosa, which is a magnet for golfers due to the numerous top quality courses (including a 36 hole course designed by Seve Ballesteros) in the local area of Novo Sancti Petri which is just 5 minutes away.This area also offers tennis clubs and horse riding schools. Five minutes in the other direction is the old harbour of Sancti Petri. Perfect for a spot of fishing off the harbour wall or some beach casting. There is also a watersports centre here, where you can try windsurfing, kayaking, jet skiing or even book a full fishing charter.

Slighty further afield you can visit the historical cities of Jerez, Cadiz and Seville.
