About the property
Casa Blanca sleeps up to 8 persons comfortably. There is also a bed settee for extra persons if required. The master bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a king size bed and walk in wardrobe and very nice en-suite bathroom. Three other bedrooms, one with king size bed and en-suite, the other two with twin beds and two further bathrooms. Linen and towels are changed once a week.
The villa is fully air conditioned. Spacious lounge with 2 three seater settees and chairs including large screen TV with all channels in English including Sky programmes BBC, BBC2, ITV programmes etc. It has a three meter satellite dish on the roof. Also a Playstation 2.
Nice dining room area leading from the lounge to the spacious kitchen with new granite worktops, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, iron etc. Small utility room off kitchen with washing machine. Security grills on all windows. Safe included.
Area over 850sqm with gardens, terraces, lawns, and pool area. Roof terrace with superb sea views to the island of Gomera and the sunset and mountains at the rear. Good sea views also from the garden terrace. Private pool 8m x 3m with pool cover and electric pool heating in winter months (October until May). Large Barbecue.

About Callao Salvaje, Tenerife
Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.
The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.
