About the property
This villa is situated in the coastal village of Callao Salvaje, on the island of Tenerife. It is just a short drive from the bright lights of Playa de las Americas. It has supermarkets and quite a few bars and restaurants and offers a more tranquil base if you want a Tenerife villa near the action, but not right in it. The fantastic beaches of Playa de las Americas are only minutes away. Callao Salvaje has a sand and pebble beach.
Casa de Flores is situated within a ten minute walk down to Callao Salvaje on the island of Tenerife. This private spanish villa is close to a selection of restaurants, shops and bars. Outside there is an enclosed private bar & sun terrace with private heated pool and barbecue.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, outside bar with fridge freezer.
The lounge has patio doors, dining facilities, Playstation 2, DVD games console, satellite TV and a bed settee that sleeps 2.
Bedroom 1 has an air-conditioning unit and twin beds. Bedroom 2 is en-suite and has an air-conditioning unit, double bed, bath with overhead shower, wc, washbasin. Bedroom 3 has an air-conditioning unit and twin beds. Bedroom 4 has an en-suite exterior access only, located in annex, twin beds, shower, wc, washbasin, portable air-conditioning unit. Shower room with shower, wc, washbasin. Linen and towels are changed once a week.

About Callao Salvaje, Tenerife
Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.
The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.
