The villa boasts a luxury kitchen, including oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc, and a large utility room with washing machine and dryer with lounge and separate dining room.

In the luxurious lounge there is a large 42” Phillips flatscreen television with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, and other English and Spanish channels, as well as a DVD & CD player.

Access is gained outside through the double patio doors, onto the primary terrace and gardens, then onto the grassed area of “nomow”, proceed onto the secondary terrace with table tennis table and the large 7.5 metres by 3.25 metres pool.

The master bedroom boasts ultramodern furnishings, 2 double wardrobes in the dressing area, and a full luxury en-suite bathroom. With views to the rear of the villa of the mountains, views to the front to the Atlantic Ocean, then pass through double patio doors to the balcony. The second bedroom boasts its own en-suite shower room, large fitted wardrobes and twin beds. It has French doors through to the balcony, to witness an absolutely awesome view out to the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera, from the upper balcony shared with the master bedroom. The third twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes and there is also a shower room with wc, WHB and shower.
