Located within the traditional seaside town of Lo Pagan on the Mar Menor, and set close to the famous salt lakes and regional park of San Pedro del Pinatar, the apartment shares a large communal swimming pool and is located only 5 minutes away from the beaches of the Mar Menor.
The apartment layout consists of a lounge/diner with seating for 4, TV, DVD player, radio & CD player, dining table and chairs.
Kitchen with fully fitted units with fridge/freezer, cooker/hob,kettle, toaster, microwave, iron & board. Outside utility area with water heater and washing machine.
Bathroom with bath/shower, wash hand basin, toilet, and bidet. Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobe, hot/cold air conditioning and security safe. Bedroom 2 with two single beds, fitted wardrobe and hot/cold air conditioning.
The lounge leads out onto large balcony equipped with table and chairs. Private roof terrace equipped with table, chairs and sunloungers. Stunning views across the salt lakes!
Rental price includes towels and linen, a welcome pack, and final cleaning.

Owner's Tips...
The surounding area is very flat and as such is excellent for walking and cycling. Bikes can be hired locally.
La Salinas nature reserve, complete with flamingos, is close by and over the sand dunes is the Mediterranean!
The beach at Lo Pagan can be reached within 5 mins by car with some beach side parking. This area has a large sandy beach gently sloping into the Mar Menor - great for children. There is also a long walking area around the top end of the Mar Menor.
San Pedro town, with its shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, is about 10 mins walk.
The Dos Mares (Two Seas) shopping complex is about 10 minutes drive away with a large Eroski supermarket, numerous shops, cinemas and restaurants.
The newly opened Hotel Thalasia is two minutes walk away offering restaurants and bars.
A Thalassotherapy Centre with swimming-pools with different temperatures, jacuzzi, marine circuit, bithermic showers, sauna, relaxing room, and much more, is next to the hotel.
