About the property

For a family group looking for some relaxing and quality time yet having space then this new villa is for you. What makes this villa unique is that the sea is just a 2 minutes walk away. Ideal for those wishing to be in a quiet area but who dont want to hire a car.

Boasting four bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, the accommodation provides ample space and also ample space outside for relaxing.

Not only does the villa have its own private pool but there is an additional balcony and a large roof terrace, ideal for sunlovers!

Situated near the Arona Gran Hotel and within walking distance of local shops, supermarkets the villa provides a good base should you wish to venture out. A walk along the promenade of approximately 15 minutes will bring you to the Harbour and the Las Vistas Beach, however the rural beach is just a 2 minutes walk away.

Entrance hallway leads to living room with comfortable large sofas with coffee table, sideboard with plasma TV-DVD. Satellite TV which receives BBC 1, 2 ITV and Channel 4-5. Dining area with dining table with 8 chairs.

WC with washbasin. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and glasses.

Downstairs to large bedroom with en-suite. King size bed (150 cm) with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. En-suite walk in shower. A bedsette which will sleep an extra two children is located in here. Door leading to large double garage, room for two vehicles.

First floor master bedroom with king size bed (150 cm) with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. En-suite bathroom. Twin bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. Another twin bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with shower over bath.

Stairs leading to reading-relaxing area with chaise lounge. Patio doors from the living room lead onto the terrace area which has a patio table and seating for 8.

Private pool with two sunloungers. Patio doors from the master bedroom and twin bedroom lead onto a balcony. Private roof terrace with patio set and two sunloungers. All room have shutters and fly screens, therefore during the hottest months a cool breeze can circulate through as the windows can be left open whilst sleeping.

Travel cots and higchairs provided at no extra charge.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

£250 security deposit is taken with all bookings and refundable within 7 days of departure. 25% deposit to confirm booking - balance 8 weeks before arrival

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.
