About the property

Villa Marsh is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline (14th hole) golf villa. A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop. 3 Spacious bedrooms, stunning high ceilings, jacuzzi en-suite bathroom are just some of the fine features of this beautifully architectured villa.

Villa Marsh is in situ on the Polaris World El Vallge Golf Resort, superbly located 20 minutes to the Mar Menor beaches, 15 mins (24km) from Murcia (San Javier) airport. Alicante airport is approx 50 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants, tennis courts all within 5 minutes drive.

The house sleeps 6 persons and features the following: Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. Second bathroom with shower.

Lounge area with seating for 6. Dining with seating for 6. TV and DVD/ player. British Sky satellite TV, open fireplace.

The kitchen is fitted out with microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer with water dispenser and icemaker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Full compliment of 6 dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots. Utility room includes washing machine, and iron with ironing board.

Outside facilities include private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6.

All linen and towels are provided not beach or pool towels.

Polaris offers discounted golf for clients of this villa, and this includes other courses at Mar Menor and La Torre (and others being completed in the near future).

The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit is required for each week booked. Balance is payable 10 weeks before departure, along with a refundable £200 security deposit. Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

Owner's Tips...

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
