About the property

Our penthouse apartment is a large 2 bed/2 bath with a large private roof terrace with great views across Roda to the the sea and beyond.

Perfect for families and golfers our penthouse apartments has air conditioning/heating throughout. with marble bathrooms and fully fitted kitchen. Large lounges with TV/DVD and Playstation 2 as well as two sun terraces looking over the pools.

Roda Golf and Beach Resort is a gated community with security, underground parking and is less than 5 mins from the white sand beaches of the Mar Menor. Shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all only 2 mins drive away in Los Alcazares.

Owner's Tips...

Roda Golf and Beach Resort has it's own private beach club available only to residents and accessible via a boat journey across the Mar Menor. The beach club has a restaurant and bar service, which also serves the pool & beach area, a supervised swimming pool with jacuzzi, zone of solarium, changing rooms with lockers, etc… all for the benefit of the residents of Roda Golf & Beach Resort. A charge is made for the transport to and from the beach club.

All guests receive a 20% discount on Golf green fees for the duration of your stay at Roda Golf and Beach Resort.

Roda Golf and Beach Resort is 2 minutes from Los alcazares with plenty of shops, banks and restaurants.
the beaches are all blue flag and perfect for children.
