About the property
Luna Willow is an exceptional spacious luxury property with commanding views down to the coast. The 3 bed-roomed 2 bath roomed accommodation, the lower floor of a large private villa, has been superbly designed to a very high specification. Guests have exclusive use of the fabulous pool, outside summer kitchen with BBQ, several dining and relaxation terraces and landscaped gardens, sauna/fitness room for guest use (additional charge locally). Separate doors from their shared front terrace access Luna and Willow. Luna opens into a spacious open-plan sitting room/dining room and quality kitchen. The twin bedroom has a very large en-suite full bathroom and the lounge has a double sofa bed. Next door, Willow has a large double bedroom, adjoining twin bedroom plus a large shower room and fridge/freezer. Luna Willow is accessed through a secure gateway providing off-road parking on the driveway. The owners occupy the top floor of the villa and have their own access. The gardens, terraces and pool are for exclusive use by guests.
Bedroom 1 with two single beds, en-suite full bathroom. A double sofa bed in the lounge will accommodate 2 persons. Bedroom 2 with double bed, en-suite shower room, TV showing Spanish channels. Bedroom 3 with twin beds (adjoining bedroom 2). All bedrooms are very spacious and have wardrobes, bedside tables, ample clothes storage. Full bathroom with bathtub, separate shower cubicle, wc, bidet, wash hand basins (en-suite to bedroom 1). Shower room with shower cubicle, wc, bidet, wash hand basins (en-suite to bedroom 2). Both bathrooms are exceptionally spacious.
Kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dining table and chairs with seating for 4 persons. The outside covered summer kitchen has full washing, food preparation and BBQ with further dining furniture and hi fi unit and there is an additional fridge/freezer in Willow.
Sitting room with seating for 8 persons, TV with UK terrestrial channels (BBC1, ITV, C4, C5) and Sky Freeview channels, DVD player.
Pool terrace with 9 x 4 metre pool (1.75 metre depth throughout) with roman steps and ladder, underwater lights, sunloungers for 8, parasols, outside dining seating for 8 persons. Large wraparound terrace leads from Luna Willow to the pool terrace and gardens. The outside areas are walled and gated so safe for young children. Outside summer kitchen with gas BBQ. Sauna/fitness room for guest use with large sauna, exercise bike, weights, shower facilities.
The owners occupy the top floor of the villa and have their own front door access on the other side of the villa. The gardens, terraces and pool are for exclusive use by the guests of Luna Willow. The owners are delighted to offer information about the local area and can also provide packed lunches, breakfasts and dinner for guests by arrangement.

The owners will meet you on arrival and show you around and are on hand to assist with local information should you require it.

About Orba, Costa Blanca
Orba is situated at the head of the Orba Valley, which is renowned for its citrus fruits, thus making it green all year round. There are fiestas in the village in May and August. The surrounding villages have similar events from Easter onwards. These include paella days, fireworks, bull running, dancing in the streets, parades, music and a host of other activities.
This is a very beautiful part of the Mediterranean coastline with many sandy beaches and lots of sporting activities such as windsurfing, boating and golfing. Benidorm is a 30-minute drive away with its nightlife and many attractions. The beautiful old city of Valencia is a one-hour drive, and offers lots of cultural activities. There are also many famous beauty spots within easy reach.
Owner's Tips...
Luna Willow is situated in a quiet elevated residential area on the outskirts of the village of Tormos in the Orba Valley near to the coastal resorts of Javea and Denia. The villa is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from Tormos village, which has 2 bar/restaurants, village stores, bakery and chemist, community tennis court and swimming pool. Tormos village is situated within 10 minutes drive of the traditional towns of Pego and Orba, and within 20 minutes drive of the coastal resorts and blue-flag sandy beaches of Javea, Denia and Oliva. To the south across the mountains is a short drive to the Jalon Valley, famous for its numerous rustic restaurants and Saturday morning “rastro” flea market. For the more active guest, there are numerous walking tracks in the mountains that flank the Orba and Pego Valleys – stunning views combined with excellent exercise in the clear mountain air and complemented by typically Spanish tapas bars.
Distances to amenities from the property:
Tormos village with 2 bar/restaurants, bakery, village store, chemist, 5/10 minutes walk. Orba and Pego towns with a superb choice of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, coffee bars, internet cafes, 10minutes by car. Jalon Valley rustic restaurants at Alcalali and Parcent are within a 15-minute drive offering excellent food with lots of choice at good prices. Water and theme park attractions at Benidorm, 45 minutes drive.
