A fabulous modern 5 bedroom villa with stunning features, and a beautiful swimming pool set in private Mediterranean gardens. Located in a quiet area 5-10min walk to a supermarket and a couple of tapas bars and only a 20min walk blue flag sandy beach.

Villa Jamboree is a fabulous 5 bedroom villa comfortably accommodating 10people, offering a luxury holiday location, ideal for a large family of 2 families to share. The villa has been designed with care, decorated beautifully and finished to a very high standard throughout. Villa Jamboree is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a luxury holiday.

The attention to detail with this villa continues to the outside space which is another real feature of Villa Jamboree, the unusually large garden offers privacy and an abundance of relaxation space. The beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by a patio area, there is a shower next to the pool, and another full outdoor mosaic tiled shower enclosure. There is a fabulous built-in chimney style barbecue conveniently located along side the shaded dining area and close to the kitchen.

The villa is located on a quiet residential street, yet within 5-10minte walk of a supermarket, a couple of tapas bars, a family restaurant with outdoor seating and a gated children's play area. And only a 15-20minute walk to the local blue flag sandy beach. The villa is located ideally to make the most of all the Costa Dorada has to offer, including being within easy reach of the Unviversal Studios adventure Theme Park PortAventura, the magnificent city of Barcelona etc.

The villa is managed by an English speaking local agent who provide a full pre-arrival administration service as well as a full in resort support service. All rental clients are given full directions to Las Tres Calas where you will be met on arrival and guided to the villa. You will then be shown around the villa and familiarised with the area and provided with an information folder and contact numbers for any queries during your stay.

Deposit – Early bookings for Summer 2009. A 25% initial deposit payment is due to secure the booking, a further 25% is due before the end of March 2009 (these payments are non-refundable). A further instalment will be due 8weeks before travel and the final balance in cash on arrival.

Security Deposit - There will be a security deposit of 300€ or £200 payable in cash on arrival (in either local currency or pounds sterling). This deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday subject to the villa and its contents being returned to the property owner in the same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.

Owner's Tips...

Villa Jamboree is located in a quiet area yet is within a 10min walk a couple of tapas bars a family restaurant and supermarket (open summer only). Las Tres Calas itself has three lovely blue flag sandy beaches one of which is approximately a 20minute walk from the villa, and there are many more secluded beaches along the coast road between Las Tres Calas and L’Ametlla de Mar.

The traditional and quaint fishing village of L’Ametlla de Mar is located within a 10minute drive, whether you fancy a wander around the shops, a relaxing drink on the harbour watching the catch of the day being reeled in, or a more lively evening in one of the many bars, L’Ametlla won’t disappoint! There is an indoor market held everyday selling fresh produce and a twice weekly outdoor market offering clothes, shoes, bags, and souvenirs all at great prices.

This area of the Costa Dorada has a great deal to offer, here are a few examples and then it's up to you decide how much or how little you want to do!

The popular resorts of Salou and Cambrils are within 20/30minutes (by car or regular train service form L'Ametlla). Salou is also the home of to one of the largest adventure theme parks in Europe, the Universal Studios Portaventura, for children of all ages! The historic cities of Reus and Tarrgona are all within easy reach, they are bustling vibrant places, ideal for a spot of shopping, sampling the traditional tapas restaurants, or gazing at the architecture. Tarragona also has an impressive Roman amphitheatre. And then not forgetting the magnificent city of Barcelona, the influence of Gaudi has made Barcelona one of the most impressive cities in the world. The most relaxing way of getting to Barcelona is to take the train from L’Ametlla to Barcelona Sants (return ticket approx. 18Euros). The best way to see the city is on the open top tourist bus, we recommend you take the blue and red route bus turistic, this offers the most comprehensive tour of the city. You can get on and off the buses as often as you like to experience the sights and attractions (day pass approx 18Euros, reduced fares for children).

For a more relaxing day out, the Ebro Delta nature reserve is within a 25minute drive and is truly stunning, it is world renowned for the rare species of wildlife and birds. The beaches are incredible, the sand dunes were used as the setting in the film 'Sahara' starring Penelope Cruz. There are also lots of routes to take up into the picturesque mountains, where you will find lots of pretty mountain villages and views to take your breath away.

The villa is very accessible with Ryan Air operating daily flights from the UK and Ireland to Reus only 35mins away. Ryan Air operate daily flights from Liverpool, Luton, Stansted, Glasgow and Dublin. And Barcelona airport is only 90mins drive away, with a variety of low cost airlines. Car Hire is easily bookable from both of these aiports, our recommendation is Holiday Autos, bookable online or over the phone.
