About the property
This beautiful holiday villa in an elevated position overlooking the sea, offers relaxed and comfortable accommodation at a very affordable price. It is situated in the well established Buenas Noches are just west of Estepona.
It benefits from four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has just about everything you could would want from your own private villa, excellent sea views, good sized private swimming pool (which is fenced in for security so children can not enter unsupervised), pretty garden and air
conditioning.
There is a good sized comfortable living room with a feature wood buring fireplace for the colder months. Satellite TV with a multi channel package is installed
here along with a video player and radio.
The kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle etc. A dining area is set just off the kitchen.
The four bedrooms are all located upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedrooms one of which is also en-suite. Two of the bathrooms have recently been refurbished and all bedrooms offer good sized comfortable accommodation.
Overall, the villa is very comfortable and has plenty of space. It is in a quiet area, is private and does have plenty of good spots to relax in. Both the master bedroom and the twin room next to it have access to a fabulous terrace with terrific sea views. In the well-kept private garden you will find a proper brick-built barbeque plus the recently modernized swimming pool (which is cleaned on a weekly basis in summer). Even the grape vines yield a good harvest - help yourself!
So, if you are looking for a comfortable family holiday in a very competitively priced private villa, then you cannot go wrong with this fabulous house.

About Estepona, Costa del Sol
Bearing in mind the population triples in the peak times of the year, Estepona is a classic example of how you can welcome tourism without spoiling a town. Estepona is a charming old town with narrow twisty streets of two storey whitewashed houses, a great range of shops and pleasant plazas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal. It remains a very Spanish town with almost no English pubs or souvenir shops.
On the waterfront Estepona Marina has a fantastic range of boats to admire, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to lounge in. There are three beaches to choose from, all of which offer a good range of watersports.
In the town there are four museums and many archaeological sites to see and as well as colourful parks and gardens. Wonderful parades and celebrations take place particularly January 5th; early May; July Feria; August 15th & New Years Eve. Estepona is a truly delightful place to stay and enjoy "real" Spain.
Owner's Tips...
Villa Magna is about a five-minute drive from the town of Estepona and the up and coming area of Sabanillas. It is in a popular district known as “Buenas Noches”. This is an established area mainly made up of good sized villas on private plots. As you enter Buenas Noches, you go up a small hill for about 30 metres. This gives the villa a good elevation away from the road and provides uninterrupted sea views. The sea is only about 500 metres away and is reached by crossing the pedestrian footbridge.
The beautiful clean town of Estepona is just 5 minutes away by car. In recent years much has been done to make the town more attractive for holiday makers and residents alike. There is a lovely paseo maritimo,(promanade) all the way along the front, the beach is clean and safe and the whole town has decked out with flowers at anytime of the year. In spite of all the improvements and modernization Estepona manages to retain much of its olde world fishing village charm with its cobbled backstreets and pretty plazas. The shopping is good and there is an excellent market every Wednesday.
Places of interest in the area include, Selwo Wildlife Park, the historic Rock of Gibraltar, Estepona Port with its good choice of bars and restaurants, plus the lovely white villages such as Casares and Gaucin. Of course for the golfer you are spoilt for choice as there are many first class golf courses in the area.
