About the property

Overlooking the sea and the protected pine forest, this apartment is not in a package holiday area, but in an area much favoured for holidays by the Spanish.

The accommodation comprises one double bedroom en-suite, one twin bedroom, and one twin/full-size bunk bedroom, family bathroom, dining area, lounge, separate kitchen and balcony. The balcony with its magnificent view of the sea and the pine forest, has ample room for dining and enjoying the sun. The roof solarium is also a sun-worshippers' dream!

Located on the 6th floor, hence these lovely views, with only two apartments per floor, the property has two lifts. It is in a secure security-gated private complex with its own pool.

The apartment is very suitable for both summer and winter occupancy, having both air-conditioning and heating. It is suitable for families or couples, and whether you are here just to relax or for a lively holiday you will not fail to find it in Guardamar.

About Guardamar del Segura, Costa Blanca

A small Spanish town located next to the mouth of the River Segura and overlooking a large expanse of sand dunes with an abundance of pines and eucalyptus. An attractive feature of the local environment is the Reina Sofía Park where the pine groves have been enhanced with lakes, ponds, botanical routes, and the wildlife make it well worth visiting.

The town centre has a wide variety of shops, be it small gift shops or the supermarket and every Wednesday is market day. Restaurants and bars are plentiful with a choice of food and wine to suit most tastes and pockets. Fiestas are an important part of life in Guardamar and the atmosphere provided by the locals is something to remember. The Moors & Christians Fiesta held during the last week in July is quite spectacular with wonderful costumes, and culminates with a fantastic firework display from the beach.
