Description About the property

Beautiful newly built bungalow in Villamartin just 5-10 mins from the Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia and Playa Flamenca.

The bungalow has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed the other with two singles and 2 bathrooms, one with walk in shower the other with bath and shower. With double sofabed can sleep 6.

Large private solarium, own garden, large newly extended terrace for outdoor dining , offstreet parking, large communal pool in quiet residential road yet within easy walking distance of supermarket, shops, golf course, childrens playground and over 20 restaurants including the world famous Villamartin Plaza.

2 more golf courses just 10 minutes drive away. Located just 5 miles from the large town of Torrevieja and easily accessible from the airports of Murcia (20mins) and Alicante (40 mins).

Facilities include British TV including Sky sports and movies, hi-fi, air conditioning/heating, sun loungers, beach chairs, golf clubs, umbrellas etc.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Deposit of £100 required to secure booking. Full payment required 4 weeks before commencement of stay. Refundable £100 damage deposit bond required which will be returned immediately after departure.

Cleaning and laundry costs are free for bookings of a week or more (nominal charge of 40 euros for stays of less than one week). Discounts available for stays of 2 weeks or more.

Costa Blanca beaches
Within 10 minites drive of the property are the Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Campoamor with their famous white sands, safe bathing and excellent facilities. With its central location the bungalow is also within easy reach of numerous other beaches that can be found in either direction along this wonderful stretch of Costa Blanca coastline.

Golf courses
3 championship 18 hole golf courses are within easy access. Villamartin golf course is within walking distance of the property and boasts tournament status with its undulating fairways and tree lined fairways. Campoamor golf course is just 10 minutes away and has some of the most picturesque views found on a golf course together with a state of the art clubhouse. Las Ramblas golf course is next door and offers an exciting challenge of tree lined fairways and tricky dog leg par 4's.

Markets
The area abounds with colourful bustling street markets which can be found in many of the neighbouring towns and villages. There are a fabulous selection of local wares at bargain prices and there is a market within easy driving distance for every day of the week.

Dining
The area has literally hundreds of restaurants to suit any pallette. There are over 20 restaurants alone wthin walking distance of our bungalow including the world famous Villamartin Plaza which has multiple restaurants on 2 levels to suit all budgets and all offer both indoor and outdoor dining.

Torrevieja
Just 15 minutes drive away, this town has a bustling shopping centre, golden sandy beaches, esplanade, large marina and numerous international restaurants and bars. For the young at heart there are clubs, music and bars for the nightlife. As well as being a fishing port, Torrevieja is renowned for its salt lagoons, now listed as a natural park. It is famous for its therapeutic mud baths, pink flamingos and other species of wildlife. There is an abundance of waterfront dining day and night.

Alicante
The provincial capital and a fine seaport and city of about 350,000 population, it has a splendid seafront with a fine promenade, and Paseo Maritimo paved with beautiful local marble and lined with palm trees.

Although a major city, there are excellent beaches quite close to the centre, and it is possible to conclude a shopping or sightseeing expedition with a visit to a beach-side bar. Alicante is good for shopping - with department stores open all day long (no siesta) - and a superb selection of fashion boutiques.

There are also many speciality shops (jewellery, patisseries, fine leather-work, crystal, ceramics etc.). The splendid Santa Barbara castle is on a hill, dominating the city (Cliff railway runs up to castle). Many fine public buildings often set in squares with fountains or along wide avenues lined with palm-trees and subtropical plants. A magnificent old cathedral and fine traditional bullring are further attractions of this great city.

Cartagena
As ou enter the city a wealth of history and beautiful architecture awaits. Cartagena has always been a major port, due to its unique position on the Mediterranean coast and you will see high on the hilltops, several forts and castles. There are plenty of parks and squares to rest in, surrounded by good restaurants and bars and you will almost certainly find life here very slow and easy going. Boasts a large pedestrianised shopping centre with narrow streets and beautiful arcitectured buildings.
