About the property

The apartment is a two bedroom property which sleeps a maximum of 6 with sofa bed. It has a spacious lounge with dining area and fully fitted kitchen with utility room, air conditioning in lounge with ceiling fans in bedrooms and central heating.
Outside there is a large terrace.

Bedroom 1 has a super kingsize bed which can be made into 2 singles if required, built in wardrobe with safe to store your valuables. Ceiling fan and central heating. Bedroom 2 has two single beds which can be zipped together to make a super kingsize bed, built in wardrobe. Ceiling fan and cetral heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom comprises of modern fixtures including bath with shower, WC and bidet.

Spacious living area beautifully furnished with 3 seater leather sofa and 2 seater leather sofa bed. 32" LCD TV with cable TV, DVD player and library of DVD's, CD player and radio. It also has air conditioning and central heating. The patio doors open out onto the large terrace. The dining table seats 6 and is ideal for family meals, can be extended if required.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The utility room is equiped with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

The terrace is equipped with a large patio table with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Jan-March, Nov, Dec	£275 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
April-June, Sept, Oct	£350 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
July, August	£400 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Payment to be made by cheque - 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to rental. For bookings made within 6 weeks of rental the total amount is due on booking.

We request a refundable deposit of £150 for any breakages to be paid a minimum of 1 week prior to rental.

If you wish to use the safe please add £15 to your booking.

A cleaning and linen charge of 60€ per week is payable locally.

La Torre Golf Resort is a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole par 68 golf course situated in the region of Murcia on the Costa Calida (warm Coast). The climate in this part of south east Spain is said to be the best in Europe with an average of 320 days sunshine.

The historical cities of Murcia and Cartegena are a short drive away and the beaches of the Mar Menor 20 minutes away.

The Mar Menor is the largest salt water lake in Europe, it is separated from the Mediterranean sea by the La Manga Strip which has more that 40km of beaches. On the western shore lies the town of Los Alcazares. The warm waters of the Mar Menor attracts sunbathers and watersports enthusiasts.The minerals in the water are said to have health giving properties.
