About the property

A lovely 3 bedroom white washed detached villa with some of the finest characteristics such as double vanity units in en-suite. 1 double en-suite bedroom with the en-suite having a beautiful double vanity unit, jacuzzi bath and shower, this bedroom has a king-size bed.

2 further spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed/or twin beds, the 2 single beds that can be zipped together, and one with twin beds. All bed linen and towels includes, except beach towels.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine and American style fridge freezer with ice-maker.

The villa is fully air-conditioned for the summer months and there's central heating for the winter months.

Satellite 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD giving , BBC, ITV and RTE with a flat screen TV in all three bedrooms and lounge. Dining area with table and 6 high backed leather chairs.

There are TV's and DVD players in each bedroom.

BBQ and outside covered eating area. Garden table and 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. Private south facing pool.

Price includes a basic welcome pack and a clean before you arrive and after you leave.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit is required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all.

San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive.
Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive.
Murcia City is 15 min drive.
Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
