About the property

Casa Yaiza is a spacious villa furnished in a typical Canarian manner.

Outside, the terrave area is very secluded and gets the sun all day. Looking from the villa across the pool is a beautiful cactus garden and to the side of the villa there are orange & lemon trees where guests are welcome to help themselves when the tee are in fruit. Sunbeds, table & chairs are provided along with a built in BBQ. The private pool is heated.

Inside, the spacious living area is furnished with typical Canarian furniture with comfy seating for up to 7 people. For your entertainment, there is a TV with satellite in both English and German. Books and a DVD player are also included.

The dining area adjoins the living area and has table & chairs to seat 6.

The seperate kitchen is fitted with oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer section, microwave, kettle and toaster. This leads to a covered solana area with extra seating and a washing machine.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes and leads through to the full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is fitted with bunkbeds. The 2nd full bathroom is located between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

About Tias, Lanzarote

A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!

Casa Yaiza is a short walk from the village of Tias where you will find a well stocked supermarket including meat, deli and fish counters.

Tias has various bars, shops and restaurants and take aways. Most tastes are catered for!
