About Casa Yaiza
Casa Yaiza is a spacious, recently modernised villa located in the village of Tias, just 5 minutes drive from the recently opened golf course.
The villa is set in very secluded, private grounds and gets the sun all day. The large terrace area has seating and sunbeds for 6, a built in BBQ and a heated swimming pool.
Looking from the villa across the pool is a beautiful cactus garden and to the side of the villa there are orange & lemon trees where guests are welcome to help themselves when the trees are in fruit.
The front door leads you into the dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. Adjoining is the spacious living area with comfortable seating for more than 6 people. For your entertainment, there is a 32 inch flat screen TV with satellite in both English and German. Books and a DVD player are also included.
The seperate kitchen is fitted with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. This leads to a covered solana area with an additional fridge/freezer and a washing machine.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes and leads through to the full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is fitted with bunkbeds. The 2nd full bathroom is located between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
A basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water is provided. Extra items can be provided on request.
The village of Tias has several supermarkets and shops and a good variety of bars and restaurants all of which are within walking distance from the villa. Tias is centrally located with the airport and Puerto del Carmen approximately a 10 minute drive whilst Costa Teguise and Playa Blanca are approximately 30 minutes drive.

About Tias, Lanzarote
A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!
Owner's Tips
Casa Yaiza is a short walk from the village of Tias where you will find a well stocked supermarket including meat, deli and fish counters. There are many other shops including bakeries, florists, jewellers and boutiques.
Tias has various bars, restaurants and take aways. Most tastes are catered for including typical Canarian tapas, English fish and chips and Chinese!
Although we recommend car hire, it is not essential. The nearest taxi rank is approximately 5 minutes walk and there is also a regular bus service to Puerto del Carmen.
An information pack is provided giving details of the local area and Lanzarote in general along with the various attractions on the island.

“Stayed with 2 kids and another friend in Casa Yaiza for 2 weeks in June and loved it !
The recent renovation really made it even more comfortable to stay.
New doors and windows provide nice view and give a wonderful bright natural light inside.
New Flat screen TV and DVD plaver takes care of kids' desires - when they are not just enjoying the wonderful weather and the clean and warm swimming pool just outside the living room.
We even got a new set of towels and linens after the first week and Lennox regularly checked and cleaned the pool.
Yaiza is a nice little town, just big enough to have its own restaurant/bar/shopping possibilities (5 min walk) and is located close to the beach (15min by car) and just 5 min away from the brand new golf course.
We were in "Casa Yaiza" already a couple of years ago - and for sure will be back again in 2012 !”
