Only minutes walk within the resort to both the Old & New Courses, the Equestrian Centre, The International Golf School and the San Roque Golf & Country Club. Valderrama, Sotogrande and Alcaidesa Golf courses and the stunning beach at Alcaidesa are a short drive away.
The apartment has a beautiful lounge with twin patio doors accessing the terrace. Three leather sofas (3 seaters of which one is a double sofa bed). 32" LCD television with DVD player, Sky TV and wireless broadband. Comfortably furnished with side and coffee tables, lamps etc. Air conditioned.
Each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom which is fully marble tiled with bath, powerful shower and underfloor heating. The master bedroom has patio doors accessing the main terrace while the second bedroom has patio doors accessing a private terrace.

About Sotogrande, Costa del Sol
Another destination famous of golf!
Sotogrande is an exclusive residential development with hotels and private villas to rent. As well as three golf courses, this area is popular for polo and if you stay during the summer months, you can’t miss one of the many tournaments that are held at weekends. Sotogrande also has a beautiful marina, a few local shops and 24-hour security. The nearest town is Estepona, so many visitors would probably benefit from hiring a car.
Owner's Tips...
San Roque Club has two world class golf courses, Golf School and Driving Range and Equestrian Centre within a few minutes walk of the apartment. There is a Bar Restaurant, Traditional Spanish Restaurant and Japanese Restaurant within the San Roque Club which visitors are more than welcome to use.
Valderrama, Sotogrande, Almenara, La Canada, La Reserva and Alcaidesa (links course) golf courses are a 10 minute drive.
The stunning beach at Alcaidesa is beautifully unspoiled (but still has a couple of really good beach restaurants) and is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment.
Sotogrande beach with its nearby marina is 15 minutes away.
Tarifa (and surrounding area) offers vast open beaches which are a mecca for windsurfers.
Walking distance to San Roque Golf & Country Club which offers lunches on the terrace and dinner in the bar, the main restaurant or their authentic Japanese restaurant. Pueblo Nuevo (10mins drive) for supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, bank, chemist. Sotogrande (10mins drive) for bars, restaurants, marina, beaches, watersports. Gibraltar (20 mins drive). Puerto Banus / Marbella (30/40 mins drive) for excellent shopping, bars, restaurants, beaches, marina and a lively nightlife.
Within 1.5 hours drive is Seville and Cadiz well worth a day visit.
Algeciras is 15 minutes away from where you can take the fast ferry for a day trip to Morroco.
Don't miss a trip to Gibralter which is an easy 15 min drive from the apartment.
