This Playa Blanca holiday home sits in an enviable position overlooking the large communal pool and offers lovely views across the gardens to the mountains beyond. It features its own enclosed private garden and terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs - just perfect for relaxing.

The well maintained, comfortable bungalow has been refurbished to a high standard. As we, the owners, look after everything ourselves you can be sure it will be spotlessly clean for your arrival.

Our one-bedroom holiday home, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is situated on the spacious and peaceful Jardin del Sol complex. Centrally located, the development is made up of 34 privately owned properties and is just a short stroll from Playa Flamingo. It is also within easy walking distance of the harbour and all the shops, bars and restaurants to be found in the beautiful resort of Playa Blanca.

Facilities provided include a new well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, small oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. Laundry area with automatic washer.

New bathroom with large walk-in shower, bidet, vanity wash basin and toilet. A good sized bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe, plenty of drawer space and bedside tables with lamps. Good quality towels and bedroom linen, just like at home.

Sofa beds in living area. Satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living area, a must for the summer!

The same standard accommodation is also available in a 2nd adjacent bungalow.

We supply a welcome pack including a complimentary bottle of wine and beer along with some basic groceries on your arrival. So no need to rush to the supermarket as soon as you drop your cases!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

A great place for couples and families alike!

The ideal location of our Playa Blanca holiday home makes hiring a car unnecessary - simply walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Just across the road you'll find an excellent little place to take your lunch, La Esquina in the Punta Limones Commercial Centre. Look out for some really tasty and good value treats on the tapas menu. In the same complex you'll find La Rustica where Santi cooks a mean pizza! A favourite place which we recommend to everybody for excellent Spanish dishes is Los Hervideros, a leisurely stroll from the bungalow in the centre of town.

This lovely property in Jardin del Sol is the perfect base for your holiday. Our aim is to create a home from home atmosphere - should you have any requirements like a bottle of bubbly for a special occasion, just let us know before arrival and we'll do our best to arrange for you.
