About the property
This beautiful town house at Las Yucas near San Pedro is an ideal holiday home on the Costa del Sol. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, is fully air conditioned and has plenty of spacious living accommodation and terraces.
Downstairs there is a large living/dining room with a comfortable corner settee, an open fire place, quality solid wood dining suite and sliding doors leading out to an enclosed furnished patio where there is a gas BBQ. Satellite TV is installed in the living room with all the free to view channels and there is also a high speed internet connection plus a DVD and CD player.
The modern kitchen is a very generous size and has a breakfast table and chairs in it. It is fullt fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave etc.
Also downstairs there is a bathroom with a half bath with shower over.
Stairs lead up to the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed a good sized full en-suite bathroom and a balcony looking out over the pretty communal gardens and pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and a balcony to the front of the house with mountain views. The third bedroom has a single bed with an additional pull out bed. Also on this floor is a further full bathroom. A spiral staircase leads from the landing to the roof terrace from where you have some very good views.
The beautifully maintained gardens and pool can either be accessed directly from the enclosed patio or by a path leading down the side of the house. There is also a full sized tennis court for use by guests and a small children´s playground. The gated development of Las Yucas is safe and secure with parking for 2 cars and is a pleasant and peaceful place to spend your holiday on the Costa del Sol.
The house is situated on the beach side of the main road, from where it is just a 500m walk to the sea. There is also a selection of shops and bars within walking distance. The Atalaya Country and Resort Hotel is also closeby.

About San Pedro de Alcantara, Costa del Sol
Despite the fact that San Pedro is part of the municipality of Marbella, it has quite a different feel about it. Workers from the nearby sugar cane and cotton plantations once lived here, however these days you would never believe it. Nowadays there is still an old feel about San Pedro, although it is growing into a large resort with many modern facilities.
Owner's Tips...
The lively resort town of San Pedro is about 4 kms. away and here you will find a superb selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Also within easy driving distance you have Puerto Banus, the cosmopolitan
playground of the rich and famous and the international resort of Marbella, with it's world famous shopping and restaurants.
Also within easy reach you have the lively resorts of Fuengirola and Torremolinos, the superb Mijas Aqua Park. Or in the opposite direction why not take a trip to the historic Rock of Gibraltar or visit Selwo Wildlife Park, near to the delightful town of Estepona. For the golfer of course there is a first class choice of golf courses on your doorstep.
