About the property

These two beautiful 4 bedroom villas are in the Compostela Beach Complex. It has four bedrooms with one of the bedrooms has a alcove which is just right for a cot child's bed (which we can supply), also the top bedroom has a ensuite bathroom. The villa also has two other bathrooms.

As we have 2 villas which are side by side, you could have a large family of upto 20 people stay together.

The Compostela Beach Complex is set between Los Cristianos & Las Americas, in the South of Tenerife, is is set right by the famous Las Vistas beach.

The villa can sleep 10 persons in beds. The huge lounge has a TV with British TV, BBC1 & 2, ITV & Ch4 a DVD. The villas have ceiling fans in the rooms.

A raised dining area & kitchenette with a washing machine and all necessary requirements, i.e. iron, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, etc.

A walled garden with tropical plants surround a paved area with sunloungers, table and chairs.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960's and Playa de las Americas is now brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers and can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you are looking for an easy holiday with lots of entertainment on hand, Playa de las Americas is for you.

The largest, liveliest and loudest of the sunny south coast resorts. Playa de Las Americas boasts several dark sand beaches, assorted watersports, a water park with a Dolphinarium, innumerable shops and a vast amount of restaurants offering every thing from pie and chips to paella... but that’s only half the story - the resort really comes alive at night with an incredible array of nightclubs, floor shows, discos and a casino. There are two, international standard golf courses six miles away in Adeje, and now the recently finished Golf Las Americas between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.
