Brand new two bedroom apartment with onsite pool close to 3 golf clubs and 10 minutes drive to the lue Flag beach at La Zenia. Special introductory price! The apartment is 20 minutes from Murcia airport and 40 minutes from Alicante airport.

This is a brand new apartment that is furnished to the highest standards. There are no hidden extra costs. Welcome pack, linen and a fully equipped kitchen are all included. The balcony makes the most of the sun and is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or an early evening cocktail. Double bed and twin beds can also be configured for a golf party. Local support is provided by our management company who will be pleased to assist with any special requests.

The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms in total, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cot. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The apartment has 1 bathroom and 1 wc for your party's use.

The apartment has television and DVD. There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool and a balcony. Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

This is a new development designed to make an ideal base for the family with great communal pool just two mins walk away, "Blue Flag" beach at La Zenia just 5 mins drive, water park at Torrevieja 10 mins drive and hop skip and jump to a large super market. For the golfer, we offer an ideal base from which to play three superb courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. 20 mins and you can be playing at La Manga with more than enough bars and restaurants on offer at La Zenia to occupy the most hardened golf party.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theme park.

Three superb golf courses within 5 mins drive Blue Flag beach within 10 mins drive. Water Park at Torrevieja Terra Mitica Theme Park at Benidorm.

The nearest airport is actually at Murcia and there are also frequent flights into Alicante. Closest shopping is at Villamartin where there are also a number of bars and restaurants to suit all ages and budgets. Markets are lively and frequent during the season with La Zenia on a Sunday being a favourite of ours. For the children, try the Water Park at Torrevieja or the smaller one at Quesada. There are also a number of go-kart tracks that are always winners. Beaches are numerous and all within a 10/15 minute drive along this sunshine haven. For those looking for a more cultural avenue, Elche is only 20 minutes away with palm tree lined streets and historic monuments.
