About the property

This second floor, 2 bedroom, fully furnished luxury apartment which sleeps 5, has stunning views of the large communal swimming pools and gardens. Shared tennis court and gym on site. This apartment is wheelchair friendly.

Set in beautiful landscape gardens, the apartment comes with the latest technology including a 32" flatscreen with Sky installed and a DVD player. CD player, internet port, air conditioning, central heating, 24 hour security, safe installed and secure underground parking. The huge terrace is perfect for barbecues and/or a romantic dinner. There’s dining seating for 4, and lounge seating for 4.

Two bedrooms with 4 single beds, linen and towels provided. Mosquito nets fitted to all windows and doors. Roof fans as well as air-conditioning in bedrooms. Childs cot available on request. The property has one bathroom and a hairdryer is available.

The kitchen comes equipped with a kettle, toaster, iron, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, cooker and clothes dryer. Welcome packs available on request.

Less than one minute stroll away is the Jack Nicklaus designed La Torre Golf course, which is ideal for both average golf players and those with a high handicap. Relax in the clubhouse with excellent cuisine and for those with families there are swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The beaches of Mar Menor are only 10 minutes drive away.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Cleaning fee of €60 euros is payable to our representative on arrival. Deposit of £200 returned at end of stay.

Owner's Tips...

The Polaris World Mar Menor course was completed at the end of 2005 and is around a 15 minute drive from La Torre. Two further Polaris World courses, Hacienda Raquelme and El Valle will be completed shortly and are a 5 minute drive. The world famous La Manga Club is also around a 30 minute drive.
