About the property

Lovely appointed and reformed two bedroom apartment in this beachfront location complex. Ideal for a small family (with older children) or two couples looking to be in a central location with all amenities on hand.

The sea can be seen from the balcony and the apartment overlooks the terrace boulevard with the Hotel Conquistador opposite.

Entrance leads to a large fitted kitchen with a large range of units. Hob, oven, washing machine, fridge, kettle , toaster, microwave, crockery and glasses.

Living area with two leather settees, coffee table, TV which receives the complex satellite including UK channels. A dining table and four chairs is also located here.

Great design as both bedrooms have their own ensuites! Twin bedroom with twin beds, bedside table, lamp, fitted wardrobes. En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, sink with mirror over. Master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, sink with mirror over. Patio doors lead onto the balcony.

The balcony is spacious with a patio table and chairs. Sun awnings are provided.

The complex has a pool bar serving snacks. During the winter months the pool is also heated. Sun loungers and pads can be hired per day.

Couples or families. The apartment is suitable for families with older children.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Please enquire for Christmas/New Year and Easter rates. Minimum two weeks booking at Christmas period.

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with every booking.

We accept payment from credit or debit card (3% surcharge) or direct transfer to our UK or Canarian account. 25% deposit then balance within 8 weeks.

Payment terms 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

Mount Teide is a must to go and visit. Take an island trip including this and you will not be disappointed. This is Spains Highest Mountain-Volcano.

The bird park in the South and Loro Parque in the North are again excellent trips.

The new Siam Park is due to open soon and this will just be amazing.

Restaurants.. Where do we start! Too many to mention but for great Tapas and typically Canarian the Meson Castenello in El Camison ( just a max 10 minutes walk) is a must.

Shops... Mango just a 3 minutes walk away is great for the ladies and in the Safari centre which is a 10 minutes walk there are desginer shops along with good reasonably priced outlets.

The beach is just a 3 minutes walk away, however the surfers stretch is just fantastic to go and sit and watch them ride the waves.
