About the property

Lovely modern three bedroom, three bathroom villa situated on Camposol in Mazzaron. Our beautifully furnished villa will appeal to many and offers a wealth of home from home comforts. Suitable for families, not young children or two/three couples sharing with enough privacy for all.

The large top floor offers privacy and seclusion with a double bed, ensuite bathroom and sofa bed. Views from this terrace to the mountains behind and gardens below are breathtaking.

If you wish to laze around the private pool sunbathing or spend sometime relaxing in the jacuzzi with views of the mountains and garden, an ideal way to relax and enjoy yourself catering holiday. A private shaded pergoda will offer a break from the midday sun and offers lovely view of the cascading waterfall from the pool above. Relaxing sunloungers are provided around the garden and terraces.

Satelite TV and DVD.

Fully equipped kitchen with utensils for 8, washing machine, integrated oven and hob.

Air-conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms. Double ensuite family bedroom upper level with double bed and double sofa bed (separate access to this upper level). Two further bedrooms, one twin and one double (lower level), with further family bathroom and a shower room. All bed linen and towels includes, except beach towels. Hair dryer in each bedroom.

Own grounds with spacious garden and sun bathing area. 4 sun loungers and garden furniture, seating for 6. Private affinity pool.

This villa is unsuitable for families with small children due to the number of marble steps.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

27 June - 5 Sept	£695 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
1 - 31 October	£550 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
6 - 30 Sept	£625 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required. Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

The price includes linen and towels (but not beach towels), and includes cleaning.

A £75 surcharge is payable per week if a 7/8 person stays at the villa.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

About Camposol golf resort

18 hole golf course and driving range, restaurant and bar (20 mins walk)

Hotel with bar, restaurant, cafe, health spa and hairdressers - 20 mins walk.

Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge). Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for approx 11 euros). Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

We consider a car is essential for this holiday.

Camposol Golf lies on the Costa Calida, with many fine beaches. It has many surrounding typical Spanish villages and towns. You can catch the train from the picturesque town of Totana, into Murcia, which takes 20 minutes.

The pretty little seafront of Puerto de Mazarron is a 15 minutes drive, with an esplanade lined with tapas bars and restaurants and little boutiques, as well as a small marina.
