About the property
The Casita is a recently converted smaller apartment adjoining The Cortijo with large private terrace with lovely views across the valley.
The property offers accommodation for 2/3 people, with private access via own gated steps.
The living room has a fitted kitchen to one end with gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer section and all necessary crockery and utensils. To ther other end is a dining table and chairs, sofa/day bed (to accommodate third person) and tiled floor.
There is double en-suite bedroom with tiled floor, wardrobe, dressing table & drawers, bedside tables, TV, DVD player and free view satellite with CD radio, door leads to en-suite shower room with corner shower cubicle WC and wash hand basin.
Outside you have a large patio with table and chairs/loungers and a gas BBQ affording easy access to the 8x4 shared swimming pool with Roman steps to one end and views over the garden and Olive groves on the hillside, complete with sun loungers, parasols and tables, there is also a sheltered Gazebo and an outside shower for pre and post swimming.
The pool is usually open from April to October but is weather reliant.
Apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and supplied with all linen and towels, these are changed on a weekly basis, laundry services are available at an extra cost.
