About the property

This is a beautiful 3 story townhouse set in a gated community with 2 pools both with child ares. The front of the house has a private terrace also there is a walled back garden and private sun solarium.

The house is fully furnished to a very high standard and includes a fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric cooker, fridge freezer, wine fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Washing machine outside under worktop.

The living room has a large bed settee which sleeps 2, chair, TV/DVD player, CD player, selection of DVD’s and CD’s, air conditioning/heating unit. The dining area has table and four chairs.

The master bedroom comes with double bed and fitted wardrobe and air conditioning/heating, hair dryer. Patio window leading to balcony over looking the pool which has a small table and two chairs. The twin room comes with twin beds and fitted wardrobe, free standing fan. Also spare put u up bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs with wc and hand basin. All linen and towels or included in rental please bring own beach towels.

Extra’s include a travel cot, 3 wheeler buggy, gents and ladies full set’s of golf clubs.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 1 people sharing.

1st July - 30th October 08	£320 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
1st November 08 - 31st March 09	£195 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

50€ service charge payable to key holder on arrival. £100 deposit payable with booking. £100 damage deposit returned on house check within 1 week of departure.

Full payment must be received 6 weeks before booking date.

Owner's Tips...

There is a abundance of bars known as the Cabo Roig strip were you will find bars, restaurant's, shops and internet cafe. Within a 5/10 min walk are 2 of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Blanca, with there is the Marina and cliff walks. One of local bars is the Calypso bar which has a soft play area, pool table, internet cafe and live music at night great for all ages! down at he beaches there is diving, boat trips and all the fun at the seaside. There are also some of the best golf courses in spain eg villa matin, campomar, las ramblas, all within a 5 min drive, la finca and la manga are about 15/20 min drive with a wide choice of even more.
we can arrange transport to and from the airport if needed. if hiring a car we will send out directions from Alicante and Murcia Airports is required. Please feel free to ask.
