There are two bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, one ensuite and one family, a separate kitchen and main lounge / dining area. There is access to the patio from both bedrooms and the kitchen.

Nice local tapas bars are within easy walking distance, one is owned by an ex UK resident and serves great beer and food.

Golf is local, the new 18 hole La Fina course is a 5 minute drive and beaches are within 10 mins drive.

Almoradi is ideal for families and golfers looking for a relaxing holiday.

Owner's Tips...

Almoradi is located to the north of the Segura River in the Costa Blanca region and is approximately 10 minutes drive from the coastal town of Guardamar. The population is approx 13,000 and it is a well established community. There are a good selection of shops, restaurants & other facilities including doctors.

Almoradi known for its mild climate and has sunshine for approx 320 days per year. During the summer the temperature rarely falls below 30°C (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages around 18°C (64°F).

There are also two Water Parks (Aquapolis Torrevieja & Ciudad Quesada) and Almoradi is surrounded by 7 golf courses, including the La Finca 18 hole championship golf course and the Ramblas de Orihuela course.

There are many festivals throughout the year and local area.
