About the property

Yucca Park is a 3 star complex, built in 1989 and renovated in 2003. The vast majority of the 98 apartments on this complex were timeshare, although most are now under private ownership.

The complex is low-level consisting of ground floor and 1st floor one bed and two bed apartments.

The apartments are situation in Fanabe, which is the classier end of Playa de las Americas. The apartments are a short walk to all the amenities in the area, such as restaurants, bars etc.

There is a long sandy beach, and the twice weekly market is only a short walk away. There is parking available on the street outside of the complex.

The apartments are approximately a 20 minute drive from Tenerife South airport.

The apartment was refurbished in August 2007. The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe (containing free security safe), bedside lights, ceiling fan, dressing table with mirror and French windows to small garden area.

The living room has a 3-seater sofa containing 2 single sofa beds, which can also be set as a double bed), 32" LCD TV with some satellite channels, DVD player, hi-fi system, sideboard containing games, DVDs, audio CDs etc, ceiling fan, cupboard with ironing board, iron and armchair.

The kitchen features a breakfast bar, 4-ring electric hob, oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster etc. The bathroom with bath/shower, sink, wc, bidet and illuminated vanity unit.

The balcony has table and 4 chairs and removable/foldable clothes dryer. There is also a hair dryer and a phone for incoming calls only.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

Owner's Tips...

Facilities include 3 swimming pools, including a children's pool. Poolside bar, which does a good selection of breakfasts, snacks, meals etc. as well as drinks. 24 hour security, laundry, rooftop solarium, pool tables, car hire facilities, squash courts, luggage room, ideal if your flight is later in the day, 24 hour reception which is English speaking, on-site supermarket, internet access in the reception area.
