About the property

The superb seafront location makes Los Olivos the ideal location for families and couples, with relaxation in mind.

The complex has two attractive swimming pools, with childrens' area. There are also sunbathing terraces, sunbeds and a pool side bar serving drinks and snacks. There is also a gymnasium and a games room. As the complex is located close to Playa Fanabe and with the addition of restaurants, bars and nightlife close by, Los Olivos is well worth a visit. The surrounding area is on the flat, so is suitable for clients with walking difficulties.

The apartment sleeps up to 3 people and has fantastic sea views. There is a roof terrace which gets uninterrupted sun. There are 2 sun loungers as well as a garden table and chairs. The bedroom features 2 single beds and wardrobes etc. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead. The kitchen features an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, kettle, toaster etc and the lounge has TV, a double sofa bed, coffee table etc.
