About the property

Dinastia is becoming a great holiday complex as not only is the complex modern and very clean but offers a safe and friendly environment for a good family holiday.

The penthouse is furnished to a lovely standard with a comfortable sofas, large TV (complex satellite which currently receives BBC-ITV).

The kitchen is fully fitted with kettle, toaster, microwave, halogen hob, oven and all crockery and utensils provided.

The balcony off the living room has a quality patio table and six chairs.

This floor has a bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers and bedside tables and lamps. A shower room is also on this level and a WC, sink and mirror is located here

A washing machine is also provided for your personal items.

Upstairs has a bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamps.

Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and patio doors lead onto a terrace where two sunloungers are provided. Bathroom on this level with corner bath, shower over, WC, bidet and sink with mirror over

Marble flooring is throughout and the penthouse is light and spacious. Bed linen and towels are provided with two weeks stay or more receiving weekly linen changeovers

Ideal for a family group or couples looking for a relaxing holiday.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

We are flexible on changeover days however Sundays incur a £100 supplement.

Payment terms, 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted. Credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

Owner's Tips...

The complex has a pool and a childrens pool. Sunloungers can be hired per day and parasols.

There is a good pool bar open during the day and provides good food-snacks and serves drinks.

The nearest supermarket is just opposite the complex whilst Spar is just a 3 minutes walk away.

The nearest taxi rank is again just a 3 minutes walk away.
