This is a beautiful newly built 2 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment. It has magnificent views over the beautiful sandy beaches and sea of Costa Calma with its calm turquoise blue waters. If you want peace and tranquility, you have just found it in this apartment.

It is a well laid out apartment and tastefully decorated. It is very bright and colourful. It has a large balcony from where you have a beautiful panoramic view of Costa Calma. There is a patio table and chairs, and two sun loungers on the balcony where you can totally chill out. Arise to the beautiful sunrise early in the morning, and enjoy your breakfast while watching the sun rise.

The apartment is about 7 minutes from the beautiful beach of Esmerelda, and about 10 minutes from hotels, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Costa Calma. There is a large communal swimming pool.

It has a large living room with a very comfortable chaise longe couch and state of the art kitchen with marble work top.

One bedroom has double bed, single bed and doors open onto balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 1 single bed, a pull out bed available also.

TV, DVD, washing machine and microwave. Towels and linen provided. Welcome packs can be arranged also transport from airport for a fee.

Prices are based on 4 people sharing.

A booking deposit of €200 is required to secure the property for your required dates. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to travelling. If you need to cancel your booking, this will incur a loss of deposit and if cancellation is made with less than 6 weeks to go before the date of travel, the full amount will be retained, unless the apartment can be rebooked. If the booking is made with less than 6 weeks before the date of travel then the full amount must be paid on booking. Payments can be made by transfer in euros.

On booking the apartment a deposit of €150 is required to cover damage and a final clean. This will be refunded after leaving the apartment provided all is intact- minus the cost of final clean - €70 Electricity and water can cost 5 to 8 euros per person also.

Prices can change at owners discretion. Safe is available for 1€ per day.

Cancellation or changes made by us

This would not be expected unless an unforseen problem occured. If this did happen then we would contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and aim to find you alternative accommodation ( we do reserve the right to pass on any additional rates) Alternatively your money will be refunded in full. No compensation will be paid.

About Costa Calma, Fuerteventura

Costa Calma is situated roughly 45 minutes drive from Puerto del Rosario airport on the south of the island and is a popular choice for families. It has miles of golden sandy beaches which attract windsurfers and other watersports fans. The resort has plenty to occupy visitors of all ages, plus there is a wide choice of bars and restaurants of all nationalities.

Owner's Tips

The apartment is about 7 minutes from the beautiful beach of Esmerelda and about 10 minutes from beautiful hotels, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Costa Calma. The town of Costa Calma is about 2 miles from the apartment.

There is a large communal pool where you can have a very enjoyable swim or you can relax on the sun lounger by the pool.

Ideal place for windsurfing. World windsurfing championships are held here in July and August each year. You can rent wind surfing and kite surfing equipment nearby. Visit the beautiful Oasis Park Zoo with its many shows such as crocidiles, parrots, birds of prey, sealions, and camel rides 10 minutes away.

Golf 15 minutes in Jandia or Calete de Fuste 30 minutes. Enjoy a lovely swim in the calm waters. You can also enjoy a stroll along the beautiful sandy beaches which stretch for miles.

Fuerteventura is the closest of the canary islands to the African coast. Costa Calma is the nearest town and it has many hotels and restaurants and supermarkets. Costa Calma gets about 3000 hours of sunshine each year which makes it a very appealing place for a holiday. The nearest airport is Puerto Del Rosario, it is about 50 minutes by car and the roads are very good and well signposted. It is highly recommended that you hire a car. The town of Costa Calma is 2 kilometres from the apartment.

Apartment must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure to allow for cleaning for incoming guests.
