About the property

"The House on the Hill" Timber Lodges (Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria) are situated in this truly breathtaking part of Spain amidst pinewoods, citrus groves and mountains built around their own pool complex in the grounds of the owners' home.

Each timber lodge has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, sitting/dining room with TV and DVD, satellite TV, shower room, upper balcony and lower veranda. The lodges are beautifully furnished and centrally heated. This is truly a high standard self-catering holiday with a difference.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, private balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both come with twin beds. The shower room is on the ground floor with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Open plan living area has a kitchen with a refrigerator with ice making compartment, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and is fully equipped.

Each lodge has a front veranda and opens into an open plan kitchen dining and sitting room furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style. Satellite TV with English speaking TV channels and UK radio channels and DVD player.

The pool is 8 metres by 4 metres with roman steps and is for exclusive use of lodge guests. There is a large patio area with covered tented canopy for shade, sun loungers, chairs, tables, paella house/BBQ area, washing machine for guest use, Hi Fi.

All lodges have central heating. Air-conditioning is not necessary as there is a lovely breeze across the orange groves. There are fans in every room.

The owners are on hand to offer advice about the local area, if required. Meals and live music can be arranged with the owners.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

The rental prices include a full clean before your arrival, linen/towels are provided as well as pool towels. Bookings of 2 weeks have a lodge linen/towel change after 7 days.

A security damages deposit of £100 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of departure.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.

We can accept payment by credit card.

Owner's Tips...

The charming village of Lloc Nou d'en Fenollet is a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute walk through the orange groves. There are several small shops and the village bar serves excellent food. The historic monumental town of Xativa is 3 miles away and offers a rich architectural and artistic heritage. Above the town, the ancient castle dominates the landscape. Xativa has everything from mediaeval cobbled streets to vibrant modern shopping and there are many restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes.

Distance to nearest beaches from this property - 30 minutes to Tavernes (blue flag award winner), Gandia and Oliva 40 minutes by car. These are lovely sandy unspoilt beaches and are easily accessible.
