About the property
Located on the Torre Gran Estate, 3 kms inland from Estartit, within walking distance of a large supermarket and several restaurants.
Our Les Palmeres villas are both 2 bedroom semi-detached properties with a large garden. The accommodation is on one level and both have 2 bedrooms, one double, the second with twin beds, plus a fully fitted bathroom containing large bath, shower and wc.
The properties also have a well fitted open plan kitchen. The dining/living rooms have patio doors leading out to a paved terrace and sunny garden. Use of the communal guitar shaped feature swimming pool, a short walk from the villa, is included with theses properties. A car is required for the beach and town.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
Owner's Tips...
Ideally located for shops, restaurants and beach. There are 4 golf courses within an easy drive of the resort. Estartit is the premier diving resort on the Mediterranean.
