About the property

A beautiful first floor two bedroom apartment with two terraces, one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the landscaped gardens.

The apartment has a fully integrated kitchen with oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer.

Air-conditioning in lounge and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Central heating for the winter months.

Sleeps 4/5 with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. All bed linen and towels includes except beach towels. Bathroom.

Lounge with a sofa bed which is suitable for a child. Satellite TV, DVD player and Playstation. Dining table and seating for 6.

Garden table and 4 chairs on one terrace, table and 2 chairs and 2nd terrace, 2 sun loungers.

We have two apartments on together on this floor - these are the only two apartments on this floor, perfect for families wishing to holiday together.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 5 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.

A refundable £150 security deposit will be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

Price includes a clean before and after you leave. If you require interiming cleaning or maid service, this can be arranged for an extra fee.

About the complex and area

Polaris World Resorts are unique in Spain, with a walled perimeter and a security gated entrance, manned 24 hours a day. They are exclusive resorts with numerous on site activities and facilities, something for everyone ensuring a perfect holiday for all.

The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

15 mins from San Javier airport. 40 mins from Alicante airport. 20 mins from Murcia City.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Clubhouse has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There are 14 swimming pools, as well as tennis courts.
