About the property

This beautiful, luxurious four bed villa is offered for holiday lets and is located in the exclusive and up market area of Chayofa, which is close to Los Cristianos.

Chayofa has quite a few amenities of it's own, within easy reach of the villa there is the Country Club, which has tennis courts a bar and restaurant with nightly entertainment and a supermarket close by. Within a short walk or taxi ride, there are some very good restaurants including La Estancia which offers a fantastic A La Carte menu, Clarets with an extensive menu, bars and a mini market are located are a short walk away.

The villa enjoys sea and mountain views and has a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The downstairs terrace around the pool features a barbeque area with sun loungers and a large parasol.

All four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The spacious master bedroom is laid out in a luxurious style with large adjustable bed, both halves can be adjusted separately, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe, dressing table and breakfast table and 2 chairs. There is also a large en-suite bathroom with corner bath, 2 sinks, separate shower unit and wc. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, a large wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 side lights, wardrobe, occasional chair and table, long mirror and chest of drawers with mirror above. The 4th bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe. There is an ensuite bathroom off this bedroom with bath with shower overhead, pedestal wash basin and wc. There is also an en-suite salon with a 2 seater sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD player and video player and cupboard with a selection of books and videos for guests to use. There is a 3rd family bathroom with shower unit which bedroom 2 and 3 share. There is also a utility room downstairs with a washing machine.

The living area is upstairs consisting of a large, spacious lounge with 3 sofas, large coffee table, TV, and satellite box with limited English channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, as well as Sky1 for sports etc. Leading from the lounge there is a dining room consisting of a table with dining chairs, leading to the large fully fitted kitchen consisting of hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave etc. There is also an upstairs cloakroom.

The large balcony is accessed via the lounge. It enjoys marvellous sea and pool views. There is a large table for al fresco dining, and a luxurious sun lounger, garden table and 4 chairs.

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

Owner's Tips...

There is a bus stop on the roadside in front of the Country Club, which at just a 15 minute ride away will bring you into Los Cristianos and the beaches. Taxi´s are readily available at the Country Club reception. Further into the hills in Arona and only a 10 minute drive from the Villa you will find Las Aguilas del Tiede, also known as The Jungle Park, set in 75,000 sq metres of tropical garden this animal and eagle park is an ideal day out for families or indeed anyone with an interest in nature. The spectacular wild birds of prey show, is hosted by the fantastic falconers and have practically every breed of Africa's finest birds of prey including, Condors, American bald eagle and sea eagles to name but a few.
